If payment is not received by September 16, 2025, $50 will automatically be added to the tuition.
If payment is not received by November 15, 2025, $75 will automatically be added to the tuition.
         
Course Cancellation Fee

No penalty if canceled by October 15, 2025. Cancellations between October 16, 2025, and November 15, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 15, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The Group Room Rates are subject to City of Anaheim occupancy taxes (currently 15%) and the applicable Anaheim Improvement District assessment (currently 2%). Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per room.

PARKING: For hotel parking, all vehicles are subject to an approximate self-parking fee of $35 per car, per night or valet parking of $65 per night (in/out privileges for registered hotel guests only). Parking fees subject to change without notice.
