No penalty if canceled by March 5, 2025. Cancellations between March 6, 2025, and April 5, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 5, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

PARKING: Overnight hotel parking for guests is approximately $32 per night for Valet and $24 per night for self-parking. For non-guests, day self-parking is approx. $3 hour (max $24) or $14 per day for day Valet. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
