Important information and COVID-19 requirements for Washington, D.C.: Beginning February 15, 2022 certain establishments including Hotel’s meeting space, restaurants, and fitness centers will be required to verify that patrons ages 12 years and older have received at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter the facility. Proof of vaccination is not required at check-in for individual hotel guests, however, for admission into the meeting space, all attendees will be required to either : 1. Submit proof of full (2 dose) COVID-19 vaccination OR  2. Show documentation of medical or religious exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccine along with proof of a negative PCR or antigen test, taken within 24 hours of attendance. All people, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask indoors in public settings. All attendees must wear a mask at all times while inside the meeting room and foyer except while actively eating/drinking. Per local requirements, attendees who refuse to provide the required documentation or to follow the masking guidelines will be prohibited from attending the meeting.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through January 28, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Room rates are per night and subject to 14.95% tax. Group room rates include complimentary guestroom Wi-fi access for those that book their room through NWAS/NWWT only (otherwise, its approximately $14.95 per day).
• Maximum occupancy in King rooms is 2 guests. Maximum occupancy in room with 2 Double beds is 4 guests.
• Rollaway beds allowed in King room only, for an additional charge of $20 per night, based on hotel availability.

PARKING: The Westin Georgetown, Washington D.C Hotel Parking fees are approximately $16 hour, or $56.64 per day. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for 1 night's room, tax, and any mandatory fees (if applicable).

If you check-out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
