No penalty if canceled by August 28, 2025. Cancellations between August 29, 2025, and September 28, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 28, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 25, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to 15.95% tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of check-in.
Maximum number of 4 guest per room. Maximum 2 children under the age of 18 per room complimentary when sharing with adult. For additional guests over double adult occupancy, add $50 per person, per night.
*Urban Resort Fee is waived for those who book their room via NWAS/NWWT reservation methods only (otherwise, it is approx. $37 plus tax, per room, per day).
*Urban Resort Fee Includes: Morning coffee (tea) in the lobby from 6:30am-10:30 am, 50-ft heated indoor salt pool, sauna, and steam room at Argentta Spa, 24 hour fitness center with chilled bottled water and towel service, complimentary use of hotel bikes (upon availability), handling and delivery of incoming packages, complimentary in room bottled water, local and long distance domestic phone calls, and 24-hour business center. Urban Resort Fee inclusions are subject to change without notice.
PARKING: Valet parking is available for overnight guests for approx. $58 per night; oversized vehicle valet parking $75 per night. Self-parking is available for $36/day. Tesla chargers available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

All rooms are non-smoking and pet-free. Guests smoking inside the Hotel, or having a pet occupied room, are in violation of these policies and will result in a cleaning surcharge up to $500 applied to the individual Guest’s folio.
