No penalty if canceled by September 17, 2025. Cancellations between September 18, 2025, and October 18, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 18, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Discounted group rates are available for reservations made through October 17, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
*Resort Fee is discounted to $40 + tax, per room, per night for guests that book their room via NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods only (otherwise, resort fee is approx. $75 + tax, per room per night, subject to change). *Resort fee includes: High speed internet in guest rooms and public spaces (3MB for up to 3 devices per room), mini refridgerators in-room, complimentary self-parking, 24-hour Westin Workout Fitness Center, Pool and Beach Ambassador Service, Use of Hibiscus Spa facilities (sauna, hot tub and steam room), based on availability, live music daily, and weekly activities scheduled seasonally. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel between 29-15 days prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night's stay + tax; Cancellations received by hotel within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the entire reserved stay + tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay + tax.
