No penalty if canceled by February 8, 2025. Cancellations between February 9, 2025, and March 11, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 11, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through March 10, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to 11% tax (includes Beach Preservation Fee), and discounted* Resort Fee of $25 plus tax, per room, per night, and $3.75 per room, per night Tourism Fee. Taxes and fees rate subject to change without notice.
Additional fee of $25 per night applies for each guest over double occupancy.
*Resort Fee is discounted for those who book their room through NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY (otherwise, it's approx. $38 + tax, per room, per night). Resort Fee includes: Self parking, Shuttle service to Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, Golf & Tennis discount at Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, shuttle service to shelter cove marina & towne centre, instructor led wellness classes, guest room Wi-fi access (excludes meeting room), two boogie board rentals for 2 hours. Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 5 days prior to arrival. Cancellation received by hotel inside 5 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply - to avoid an early departure fee of 1 night's stay plus tax, please notify the hotel of departure date change no later than at time of check-in.
