No penalty if canceled by July 2, 2025. Cancellations between July 3, 2025, and August 2, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 2, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 30, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out months in advance and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
Group room rates are based on number of people in room, per night and are quoted in ISK. Group room rates include 11% VAT, other taxes, daily breakfast, gym access, and Wi-Fi access (excludes meeting room). VAT and other taxes are subject to change without notice.
Children age 12 and under share with parents with existing bedding for no additional fee.
Max occupancy in Hilton Twin Executive Room is 3 people. All other guest rooms, max occupancy 2 people.
Rollaway beds only allowed in Hilton Twin Executive Plus rooms, based on availability; Fees apply.
Please note that breakfast will NOT be served at this meeting. Breakfast is included in the guest room rate at the hotel's restaurant for those that book via NWAS only.
Check-in time 3pm, check out 11am. Early check in/late check out may not be available and fees may apply.
PARKING: Self-parking at the hotel is complimentary. Valet parking is not available. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.
