No penalty if canceled by October 15, 2025. Cancellations between October 16, 2025, and November 15, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 15, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 12, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and subject to 13% tax, $5 per room, per day housekeeping gratuity, and $12 per person in and out porterage fee. Tax and gratuities subject to change without notice.
The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa does not have a resort fee. Instead, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival, complimentary Wi-Fi access in guestrooms, complimentary bottled water in guestrooms, and fitness center access. Resort amenities subject to change without notice.
PARKING: Valet parking only at the hotel. For hotel guests, approximate fee is $40 plus tax, per vehicle per night (with in/out privileges). For attendees staying elsewhere, day valet parking is available for approximately $20 per car, per day (no in/out privileges). Parking fees subject to change without notice.
