No penalty if canceled by June 18, 2025. Cancellations between June 19, 2025, and July 19, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 19, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Room rates are per night and subject to 10.73 Euro per person, per night local taxes, and 8 Euro per person in/out porterage fee. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice. Other taxes may apply at time of check in/out.
Group room rates include 10% VAT (VAT rate subject to change without notice), daily buffet breakfast in one of the hotel's restaurants, complimentary basic WI-FI access in guest rooms and public ares (excludes meeting rooms), complimentary access to the Spa, Hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi (treatments additional), complimentary access to 24 hour fitness center, and use of coffee/tea maker in guest room. Daily buffet breakfast is typically served from 6:30am-10am on weekdays; times subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 14 days of arrival will forfeit the amount for their entire stay. No exceptions for any reason including health, weather or travel issues. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay.
