No penalty if canceled by September 13, 2025. Cancellations between September 14, 2025, and October 14, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 14, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

Rates are per night and subject to 12.57% tax, and discounted* Resort Fee of $30 plus tax, per room, per night. Tax rates subject to change without notice.

PARKING: Valet parking only. For those who booked room rates via NWAS/NWWT group reservation methods only, Valet parking is discounted to $19 plus tax, per night (from $40 plus tax, per night). Two Tesla and four Blink charging stations are also available.
