No penalty if canceled by October 8, 2025. Cancellations between October 9, 2025, and November 8, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 8, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
