No penalty if canceled by August 20, 2025. Cancellations between August 21, 2025, and September 20, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 20, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Anesthesia Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

Discounted group rates are available for reservations made through September 2, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms with 1 King bed are extremely limited. Registration and guest rooms for this location are extremely limited - don't delay to avoid disappointment!
Group room rate include complimentary entry into the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar (a $5-$15 per person value), nightly turndown service with Silver Dollar chocolate, in-room wireless Internet, self-parking in The Wort Hotel private parking lot, use of the Fitness Center and jacuzzis, and in-room coffee.
Room rates are subject to tax, currently 11% plus a 4.44% community service charge. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
A $5 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity and a one-time per person porterage fee of $12 are the suggested gratuities.
The entire premises of The Wort Hotel are non-smoking (including all outlets and guest rooms). Damages up to $500 will apply for any guest smoking in rooms or hotel facilities and will be billing to the individual guest folio.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside 30 days of arrival as well as no-shows or early departures will be charged for entire stay plus tax.
